Platforms built on top of platforms, tangled data models, workflows with seventeen moving parts that somehow need to feel intuitive. I have a proven track record of shipping work that balances business objectives with positive, human-centered experiences, and I'm most at home when the problem requires both strategic systems thinking and real technical fluency to solve.
